Phil Molner is the owner of Viking Enterprises which was founded in 1986. Since then the company has participated in the development of exclusive residential communities and the construction of quality custom homes in the Charlotte area. Our homes can be found in prestigious neighborhoods from Charlotte to Rock Hill including Piper Glen, Ballantyne, Challis Farm, Glynmoor Lakes, Montibello, Park Crossing, Beacon Knoll, and Harlinsdale.
In 1997 Viking Properties had the pleasure of participating with Southern Living on a show home in Charlotte, NC for the benefit of St. Jude Children's Hospital. The home was featured in the October, 1997 issue of Southern Living Magazine as one of four in the nation. Constructed in Glynmoor Lakes, the home was visited by people from the surrounding area and from other states as far away as Texas. We immensely enjoyed working with the Southern Living representatives for the support of such a worthy charity. The ideas of their decorators and design consultants have proven to be of great assistance in helping our custom clients.
